Dr Vojislav Banjac works as a Research Assistant at Research Center for feed technology and animal products at Institute of Food Technology, University of Novi Sad. He received his Phd in Technology engineering in 2018 at the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad. Development of new feed products, optimization of feed production parameters and enhancement of nutritional and technological quality of feedstuffs as well as determination of physical quality of feed are his research topics of interest. He is involved in two national projects, one project of bilateral cooperation and one COST Action.
