Animal science engineer, PhD in the animal production field, Associate professor, Vice Dean at the Faculty of Animal Productions Engineering and Management from the UASVM Bucharest. The area of expertise refers to animal physiology, animal husbandry technologies, animal products processing technology / design, quality of food products, public health and environmental sustainability. experience regarding animal and human physiology and nutrition, quality of food products, environmental sustainability materialized in publishing as author or co-author of 12 books, 179 articles published in speciality journals or in the volumes of national and international scientific conferences, indexed ISI and in international data bases, moreover in participation as project responsible or team member in 24 projects within national and international research program.
