Final Conference

9-10 September, Online event with limited physical meeting in Gent, Belgium / Hybrid format


LivAge is a COST action aimed to is to enhance international discipline cooperation for exchanging ideas and knowledge, sharing good practices, assess technologies that could result in reducing the emissions of GHGs and ammonia from livestock buildings and thus to lead to a more environmentally friendly and sustainable livestock production.

The Final Conference of LivAge will take place on 9 & 10 September 2021. This event will be held in a hybrid format with most people attending on-line via a communication platform and a limited number of people attending a simultaneous physical meeting in Gent, Belgium in the premises of the Flemish Government.

  • Climate neutral livestock farming systems

Who should attend?

The online conference is open to all LivAge members and any relevant researcher/industry/stakeholder who are actively involved in the topic of emissions from livestock farming systems. The emphasis was on full involvement of all participants, and in addition to the plenary speakers there was plenty of time allocated for discussion.

The physical meeting in Gent is on individual invitation basis.
